All you need to know about the process for getting started with Hubb, through to signing up as a customer and taking your website, app and church management system live.

Watch our intro video to understand what hubb is and how it can help your church.

1. Get your free trial

Hopefully, after taking a look at our website, and watching our intro video you would like to take a 30 day free trial of Hubb.

That's great. What you need to do is click here and fill out the form.

It takes us up to one working day to send you your site, with a link to create your password so you can login to the site and start to personalise it for your church...

2. Personalise your trial site

When you get your trial site, we send you a link to our video 'Launch Guide'. These are easy to follow videos that take you from how to log-in to your trial site, through the process of personalising the website for your church and getting started with our administration and communication features.

You can also get in touch with our support team for help or a demo. Just contact us!

3. Choose your website template

See our templates here.

We change the font and colour scheme of any template to suit your own logo and branding for FREE. We want every church no matter their budget or resources, to get an amazing website!

The only difference between the templates is the layout and colour scheme. Some templates have more on their layout than others.
Whilst you are in your free trial period and getting to know the system it will be a good time to think about the template you would like for your church. You can

If you would like to mix and match sections from templates to create a unique layout for your church, or you would like a quote for a bespoke website design, please contact us.

4. We set up your app

We will create an icon with your logo, and style the app to your colour scheme. This is a free service and you can contact us when you are on your trial period for us to do this for you.

There are 2 different layouts that you can choose from and you will be sent information on this when you are in your trial period.

5. Sign up and choose your plan

Near the end of your 30 day free trial, you will hopefully be wanting to sign up to Hubb!

Pricing Plan
: You can choose if you would like to sign up for just a website, a website and app, or the website, app and all of the church management features. You are welcome to sign up for what you need now, and when you are ready to upgrade to more of the Hubb features we can sort that for you. See pricing

Sign Up: When you are ready, just go to our Sign Up page and we will be in touch to set up billing and send more information about going live with the features you have chosen.

If you have any questions, please contact us for more information.

Domain and Email: We can buy you a new domain name. or take over managing your existing domain for you. This is a great choice as it gives us the techy stuff to worry about. Learn about domain name hosting.

We can also host your emails for you to get email addresses like hello@thetownchurch.org.uk for example. Our email service starts from just £2 per mailbox, per month. Our email hosting solution is simple, and we support you if you need a hand. Learn about email hosting.

6. Going Live

Once you are signed up as a customer and you have your Hubb system ready to launch to the public, all you need to do is get in touch with our support team and arrange going live.

For this, you will need to update information about your domain name. We are on hand to help every step of the way :)
